Experiences We Offer


We run two internal leadership conferences every year in addition to two external, international conferences, NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls) and GLACURH (Great Lakes Association of College and University Residence Halls). These are open to all residence students seeking to gain leadership skills and meet people from around campus and around the world.

Special Events

Events that Interhall Council runs throughout the year include an Orientation Week Dance, a Thanksgiving Dinner, a trip to Halloween Haunt at Canada's Wonderland, a Winter Formal, and more. We also partner with organizations like the Central Student Association to bring you events like Sunday Cinema every week. 

Leadership Development

When you join Interhall Council, you get the chance to grow as a student leader. Opportunities include planning and facilitating events, corrdinating advertisements, and participating in committees with partner groups from all over campus, including Hospitality Services and Student Life. You will learn professional boardroom and team management skills that you can take with you everywhere you go.
