Prairie Hall

Prairie Hall

“M to the left, M to the right, Prairie in the middle, mmm, that's right!” Prairie Hall, in the middle of South between Mountain and Maritime, is home to over 600 students. Our hall has four wings, known as Horizon, Grasslands, Homestead, and Tundra, all of which contain three towers - this means that there are twelve different towers to explore. Our mascot is Patrick P-Dawg II, a Prairie Dog that you can find occasionally walking around Prairie Hall and giving warm greetings. Our Hall colours are orange, yellow, and black, which we wear with Prairie pride. Guelph is known for its amazing food, and we house one of the best cafeterias in all of campus (which includes a Mongolian-style grill!). Prairie Hall also has a South Student Lounge (SSL) where students can go to watch movies or hang out, and a South Learning Lounge, where students can go to study; both rooms are available to rent out. A TV room above the Prairie RLS office can also be rented out.
